PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE NOTE:

When making a booking please be advised that you are entering into a legally binding contract, before doing so we advise you to read these terms and conditions carefully and be aware of our cancellation policy. All bookings accepted shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Payment of a deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

MAKING A BOOKING

A booking will only be considered as confirmed after a deposit of £15 per person has been received, all deposits shall be made via debit/credit card at time of booking or by cheque/card within 7 days of a provisional booking or exceptionally within a longer period with prior agreement from the management ( any payment by cheque must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date). Where a provisional booking has been made and a deposit is not received within the specified time the booking will automatically be cancelled and the room re-let.

Bookings for a duration of 1 night will be subject to full payment via debit/credit card at the time of booking.

We only accept bookings from families and couples (same sex couples accepted). Group bookings may be accepted with prior agreement from the management. Please note that groups who book individually or as couples will be turned away with loss of deposit and without entitlement to compensation unless prior agreement had been obtained from the management. Any group booking will be required to pay a bond equivalent to £10 per person, this bond to be paid on arrival. The said bond will be forfeited in full if the behaviour/conduct of any of the group cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests or in the event of any damage, no matter how caused.

Bookings will only be accepted from persons aged 18 years or over. The person making the booking shall be responsible for the booking and must be a member of the attending guests.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

The Denmar Hotel operates a minimum 2 night policy for bank holiday weekends and all weekends during the Illuminations.

Check in times are flexible, however no guarantee can be made that rooms will be ready for occupancy by those guests arriving before 2.00pm. Should the room not be ready we can store luggage for you until your room has been prepared and where possible a car parking space will be made available, if required. On departure please vacate your room by 10.am so that the room can be prepared for new arrivals and cars must be removed from the car park before 10.30am. Should you wish to depart later than the departure time we can again, subject to prior arrangement, store your luggage for you to collect later. The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guest's property. Valuables are left at your own risk unless handed in for safekeeping.

When you have checked in please ensure you have made yourself familiar with the emergency evacuation procedures in the event of fire.
